7:00 pm Start
Take exit 41 N on the Long Island Expressway, follow signs for Rte. 106 N to Oyster Bay. Stay on 106 North, cross over Rte. 25A and continue into the hamlet of Oyster Bay. You will come to a Hess gas station, that will be Lexington Avenue, make a left turn. Take Lexington to the end there will be a school in front of you, make another left hand turn onto West Main Street. Go through 2 traffic lights and bear to the right following signs toward Bayville. When you go under the train tressel you will be on West Shore Road. Stay on West Shore Road to the Bayville Bridge. Make a right just over the bridge. That is West Harbor Rd. Take down to West Harbor Beach which should be the first place you are able to make a right.
9:00 pm Start
Sunrise Hwy to Route 109 East. Proceed about 1.4 miles. You will come a fork. West Babylon High School is on the right a Hess station is on the left. Bear right. That is Great East Neck Rd. Go 1/10 of a mile (about 50 yards) and the club is in a small shopping center on the left.

Southern State to Seaford Oyster Bay Expressway South. Seaford Oyster Bay Expressway to Sunrise Highway East. Sunrise Highway East to Park Blvd. in Massapequa Park. You will see the Massapequa Park LIRR Train station and the Massapequa Park bell tower on the left. Left on Park Blvd. and under the LIRR train trestle. Go 100 feet and it is on your left. If you see the Sunrise Mall on Sunrise Hgwy. you have gone too far east. If you don't want to drive take the LIRR to Massapequa Park. It's two doors from the station

4. When all the information is entered, click the "Get Directions" button. You will get a map and driving directions. To go back to the ROCKS Web page, click the Back button on your browser toolbar two times.
